Seasons
The summer season runs mid June to end August. There is an active summer program
led by a Recreation Director which includes softball, hikes, crafts and family activities.
The Spring and Fall are lovely, and very very quiet. There is a lot of nice hiking,
and biking around the Meadows. There are many things for families to do.
Winter can be challenging as my cabin is on a 200 foot unplowed easement. The Caretaker
charges approximately $50 to plow the easement. I have a parking pad for 3 cars.
If you come on a snowy weekend, you might need a plow, or a 4-wheel drive, or both.
The Cabin
Effective summer 2011, the cabin nightly rental is $275 during the peak seasons
(Winter: December 20-March 20 and Summer: June 20 through Labor Day) and $225 during
the off seasons. The weekend rate is $550/$450. Holiday weekends are $295 per night.
The Xmas holiday week is $395 per night. The rental includes the use of everything
in the cabin and in Tahoe Meadows; except for the cleaning fee and any additional
snow plows ordered by client in winter.

A $150 refundable security deposit and a $125 non-refundable cleaning fee should
accompany rental payments.
Although the cabin can sleep 14, the maximum occupancy for the rental rate is six.
